Power Gym
The Power gym service at WCRC operates Tuesday-Thursday from 09:00-15:00. They cater for the inpatient and outpatient population of WCRC and the operate on a referral basis only. Sessions last 30 minutes. Our Power gym service is facilitated by a trainer.
